Wonder Festival 07
Wonder Festival was held just recently and Heisei Democracy's Shingo got some nice pictures from the event and as I was looking through them a couple caught my eye...well...more than a couple xD (All images taken from Heisei Democracy)
Saber with major cleavage...its win already. Hopefully they fix the face up a bit.
Loli goodness again. Nekomimi is always a plus.
This might not be the most amazing figure ever but the dress is what drew me in.
Noantica figures are awesome, but whats even more awesome is the small Bikko-chan figure sitting sort of hidden at the bottom. I've always loved Bikko-chan just because she always has that cool look even though shes missing....yea.
These figures aren't new to this year's WF but I'm wondering if these are being mass produced now.

Twins from Black Lagoon. Their unknown gender (?) still scares me but they're still cool.
Something about the full black school outfit always got to me.
The Hidamari Sketch set looks cute. Same with the Disgaea figures at the bottom.

About the first one, since it says るーし on the swimsuit (and sports some other pretty big similarities), I think it's pretty safe to say it's ルーシー・ミンシアード from Alice's Soft's "Pastel Chime Continue" game.
