What more can I say about Shugo Chara? Yea I feel like a little girl watching it...but hey...that just might be my would-be self.
I give Shugo Chara's first 3 episodes a 7/10. It would have gotten a 9 but I subtracted 2 points for pretty boy villains giving off hidden yaoi undertones. We already have enough of that shit.

What brings down the score a little for me is more annoying elements like the 3rd chara and some things around the mahou shoujo battle themselves...
Oh yea...you reminded me about that too. I forgot to take off points for obvious desu clone but oh well.

hell yeah. Which is the main reason I feel so drawn to it. Nice to see a mahou shoujo minus pantsu and boobs and whatever *coughnanohacough*
Nanoha was good just for Vita.
Shugo Chara i haven't watched yet but I have a volume or two of the manga which I thought was good.
So you don't like neko-boys?
Watching shōjo just feels wrong, but somehow I can't wait for the next episode. And after reading this post I felt a little relived.
